CRO case study
Course Page Redesign for Kun Academy
I redesigned Kun Academy’s course page to make the course value clearer, bring instructor and payment information into focus, and create a more straightforward path to enrolment. The work covered page structure, wireframes and calls to action, with an Arabic-first, mobile-friendly experience.

The challenge
Prospective students need to understand what they will learn, who will teach them and whether a course suits their level before committing.
The aim was to organise the page around those questions, making the information easier to find and the next step clear.
What I changed
- Made the course offer clearer from the start. Reworked the opening section to bring the course introduction, price and enrolment action together.
- Grouped the essential course details. Made the duration, level, language and certificate information easier to scan.
- Gave the instructor and learning outcomes more prominence. Helped visitors understand who was teaching the course and which skills it covered.
- Brought payment options into the decision. Presented pricing and payment information alongside the course offer.
- Improved the calls to action. Established a clearer priority for enrolment buttons across the page, connecting course information with the opportunity to sign up.
Designed for Arabic-first course discovery
The wireframes followed an Arabic-first, right-to-left layout, with mobile browsing central to the design.
The page structure connected the course introduction, practical details, instructor profile and learning outcomes in a logical sequence. This gave prospective students a clearer route through the information they needed before enrolling.
The results
The project achieved a 48% uplift in conversion.
The redesign brought course value, trust and enrolment into one more coherent experience, rather than treating them as separate parts of the page.
